This visualisation travels all the way to Aoteraroa New Zealand. It takes you to a place where I spent some of my last days in-country. Just before leaving after six years living and working at the antipode. The Travers River is located in the North of the South Island and flows through Nelson Lakes Nationalpark. Its waters are crystal-clear. So blue in hue, so translucent, so tempting to dive in.
I visited this place being in a very compromised state of health, I probably should not have ventured out. But… the wilderness is my last ressort and reminiscing the bath that I took in this visualisation will hopefully share some of the healing energies that the river truly has.
So, if I may invited you… prepare your imaginary mind to cool down and make yourself comfortable, close your eyes and let´s go.
